The Solvares Logistics service portals primarily serve as a ticket platform where you can direct your concerns directly to our support team. In addition, we offer our customers an extensive knowledge database about our solutions within the service portals. Manuals, training documents and video tutorials are just some of the helpful information that you can view or download in the service portals. At any time of day and from any location.
General Service Hours
Our first-level support team and user help desk are fully available to our customers on the following days and times:
Monday — Friday: 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM
Exceptions:
No service on public holidays in the states of Hamburg and Bavaria, and on December 24th and December 31st.
