What Exactly is the Application Process at Solvares Logistics?
- Submit Application
Simply send your documents directly to our HR department via our career portal.
- Review & Feedback
We will carefully review your application together with the relevant department. If we need any further information from you, we will, of course, contact you.
- Brief Online Introduction (optional)
If your place of residence is further away or if we would like to get to know you a little beforehand, we will arrange a short online meeting via Teams. Don’t worry, it won’t take much time.
- First Personal Interview
During the first meeting, you will usually meet your future manager and someone from the HR department. The main purpose here is for you to get an impression of the team and the position.
- Second Interview & Contract Details
If the first interview goes well, there will be a second meeting, usually face to face. Here, we will clarify any open questions, furhther assess your fit and discuss the contract details.
