opheo impresses in the selection process

The decision for opheo was made after an intensive market analysis and an extensive selection process. The modular software solution will automate and optimize route planning and dispatching at BLG LOGISTICS in the future. Intelligent algorithms, integrated telematics, and practical dashboards ensure optimal utilization of vehicle fleets, improved communication with drivers, and continuous real-time shipment tracking.

“We are very pleased to support BLG LOGISTICS on its path to even more efficient and sustainable transport logistics,” says Markus Rachow, Head of Sales Solvares Logistics. “With opheo, dispatchers at BLG receive a powerful tool that helps them master the daily challenges of dispatching more easily while also realizing potential for cost savings and CO₂ reduction.”

opheo supports on the path to CO₂ neutrality

BLG LOGISTICS is also convinced: “The introduction of opheo is another important building block in our digitalization initiative. Furthermore, this is a next step on our ‘Mission Climate’. For us, sustainability is not a label, but an integral part of our corporate strategy – concrete and measurable. By 2030, we aim to be net CO₂-neutral. In 2024, we even exceeded our goal of a 15% CO₂ reduction compared to 2018 – with a value of 17.4%,” says Carsten Battenberg, Head of Land Transport.

With the acquisition of BLG LOGISTICS as a new customer, the logistics division of Solvares Group underlines its strong market position as an innovative partner for the digitalization of transport logistics.
