Solvares Group Introduces New Logistics Brand: Solvares Logistics

Hamburg, November 25, 2025 – Following the legal merger of its subsidiaries Städtler Logistik GmbH and Opheo Solutions GmbH to form Solvares Logistics GmbH, the Solvares Group presents its new brand identity. With the completion of the rebranding and the launch of the new brand – Solvares Logistics – the next milestone in the integration of the group has been reached.
Merger and new branding for consistent market presence
In the middle of the year, Städtler Logistik GmbH and Opheo Solutions GmbH merged to form Solvares Logistics GmbH. At the same time, in the field service management sector, FLS GmbH and Mobilex GmbH merged to form Solvares FSM GmbH. Each Solvares segment – Field Service Management, Logistics, and Field Sales Management with Impactit GmbH/Portatour® – now forms a legal entity.
The accompanying and now completed branding project establishes a corresponding, consistent brand architecture under the Solvares umbrella brand. At the same time, the new brand identities bring together the respective product portfolios and create a uniform, clear presentation of the broad range of established and innovative solutions for logistics and field service.

Solvares Logistics combines expertise in transport management, AI-optimized truck dispatch, logistics consulting, and freight audit – strategically, tactically, and operationally.
